Our products are within Austria's Shipped quickly and reliably. Deliveries to Germany are possible without any problems. For shipments to Switzerland We ask you to contact us directly beforehand so that we can create a personalised shipping quote.
Shipping costs & delivery:
Austria
- Freeze dryer: €120 delivery costs
- Spare parts & Accessories: Shipping costs €9.90
Germany
- Freeze dryer: €180,- shipping costs
- Spare parts & accessories: €15 shipping costs
Alternatively, there is of course also the option to collect the ordered items directly from our premises – preferably by prior appointment.

Payment methods
Upon receipt of your order, we will first briefly check the current Availability and storage capacity your desired article. Following this, you will receive from us a Invoice by email, which already the Total amount and all necessary payment information will be included. Once your payment has been received by us, the order will be prepared for dispatch immediately.
Delivery times
Our products are carefully prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. The average delivery time is about 7–10 working days within Austria (depending on the freight forwarder and order volume).
For spare parts and accessories, delivery times may vary – delivery usually takes place within approx. 5–7 working days. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, we will of course inform you immediately about the estimated delivery time or possible alternatives.
